Taking a look to one of the IRC channels where I’m habitual, I found an URL to a Debian wiki page, where people is adding their names because they will have problems to attend Debconf7 in the planned date. By chance I’m in this set, exams are planned for this date.

On the 12th September Rob Levin, known to many as Freenode’s lilo, was hit by a car while riding his bike. He suffered head injuries and was in a coma. Rob was being treated at the Neuro Trauma Intensive Care Unit at a local hospital in Houston, Texas where he passed away on Sept 16th.

Our thoughts are with Rob and his family, and we ask that you respect their privacy during this difficult time.

I officially started today to look for final year project topics. I hope to start working on it on October because the main target for this month is get the driving license.
