More on the being an engineer issue.

You won’t be a good engineer unless you know how to…

  1. Encode Unicode chars using UTF8
  2. Encode Unicode chars using UTF16
  3. Generate a RSA key pair and use it to encode/decode a bunch of ASCII chars.

… without any sort of documentation handy, just using your memory. Swot up and shut up!
